I do this work because I was once in the shoes you may currently be in. I was completely trapped in an unhealthy relationship to food and my body.
I created Full On Happiness because for so many years I got too full or not full enough and was never truly happy with myself. Full On Happiness is an ode to all of those years. It’s the way I can help women end their struggle with food and finally feel happy in their own skin.
